Motion of a ball thrown by fielder is Translatory motion.

Explanation:

All points on moving body move uniformly lie in same line or direction is known to be translatory motion. It can also be explained by defining in terms that if all the particles of the body moves with same distance and time, it is known as translator motion.  

As soon as the fielder catcher the ball, he immediately throws the ball with full speed to the bowler. The ball travel in uniform motion is one direction and reaches the exact target which is the bowler.
