Motion of a body is always determined with the
help of a reference point. The chosen reference
point is considered to be fixed in ideal notion
so that the change in position of a body can be
observed. A reference point in motion may also
be chosen but in this case the velocity of the
body and the reference point must not be equal
otherwise the change in position of the body
cannot be observed.
