we know that...
acceleration =change in velocity /time taken
i.e.
let's take
a=acceleration
v=final velocity
u=initial velocity
t=time
take
..
so change in velocity from reaching one point to another will be..
=final velocity -initial velocity
=v-u
so acceleration is
the changes in velocity per time taken
a=change in velocity /time taken
a=(v-u)/t
hence it is proved
