Hii

you are welcome in my ans

Given

u = 0

a = 10m/s^2

t1 =10s

t2 = 20s

to find

s = ?

total time = t1 + t2 = 30s

we know that

s = ut + at^2/2

s = 0 + 10*10^2

s = 1000m

In case 1,

The Motorcyclist Starts from rest and accelerates 10m/sec^2 for 10 seconds.

GIVEN

u = 0

a = 10m/sec

t = 10sec

v = ?

=> v = u + at

= 0 + 10 × 10

= 100m/sec

Hence final velocity in case 1 is 10mps.

Distance Travelled in case 1,

=>S = ut + 1/2 at^2

= 0 + 1/2 × 10 × 10 × 10

= 500m

In Case - 02

u = 100m/sec

t = 20sec

a = 0

=> S = ut + 1/2at^2

= 100 × 20 + 0

= 2000m

The Total Distance = 2000 + 500 = 2500m
