By the way he behaves with animal hecomes across, he has a simple and a honest way with any animal, he loved animals, example the way the dogs behaved with him because they myt be knowing that mourad is a good guy and the way he pats the horse while leaving him and the way he tries to help the injured sparrow, shows his compassion for animals.

We can say that Mourad had a special liking for animals because of the way he behaves with animals whenever he comes across them, he has a simple and honest way with any animal, he loved animals, example the way the dogs behaved with him because they might be knowing that Mourad is a good guy and the way he pats the horse while leaving him and the way he tries to help the injured sparrow, shows his compassion for animals and also when  Mourad can be found sitting under a tree, trying to repair the broken wing of a robin. His desire to help the robin demonstrates his special concern for animals and also like The horse reigns better under his command, the injured robin is nursed to health and is able to fly again. The fact that the only name he could think of for the horse when asked was “ My Heart”  in the Armenian language speaks tonnes of his sympathy towards animals. Moreover, the dogs that follow him to the barn when he goes to return the horse to its owner, don’t bark at him. In the end, when Mourad parts with the horse, it's a poised and emotional scene where Mourad is clearly grief-stricken due to the separation.
