No I don't agree
because stealing is done for profit and it is permanent..
But here Mourad gave the horse back and used for just to ride, and the horse was better than before!

Main reason is that he does not need to justify what has happened because he does not believe that his cousin, Mourad, has broken the law and ram justifies Mourad's stealing of the horse.
