This type of body plan is a little weird but it's correct as one hole is for the food to go in and the other hole is for the food to go out. And also they are present at two extreme ends because of the work they do as excretion is a dirty thing so it is at the back of our body and mouth makes our face look more glamrous so it is present at the top and front ( but we can't even imagine changing their places, it will be too horrible to think!!)
