Mouth secretes saliva with a pH level of 6.8 from the salivary glands named submandibular gland, sublingual gland and parotid gland. The saliva contains a carbohydrate digesting enzyme called saolvary amylase or ptylin. Saliva lubricates the food, alarms dehydration and helps to digest of swallow food.

P.s. saliva is not a juice.
