1. the source of sucrose is Cane sugar and the enzyme acts on sucrose is sucrase and this is used for in the digestion process at the ending of small intestine the food is converted again into glucose
2. the minerals vitamins are need not to be processed and these are known as regulatory nutrients show the body is the source and these materials are used for regulating the body
3. water also comes under micronutrients so these is also not to be processed and this is also used for many purposes in the body
