MP rupees 600 CP is 550 then what is discount find percentage of its discount​

Answer:

MP of the article = 550

SP of the article after 20% discount = 550 × [80/100] = 440

CP of the article = 440 × [100/110] = 400

If he sells the article for 470, then

Required profit percent = [(470 – 400)/400] × 100 = 17.5%

Selling  \: Price = Rs 550

Discount = 500−425=75

Discount (\%) =  \frac{50075}{100}  \times =575
