Let the cost price of article be Rs.C

Sale Price of A = 45C

Sale Price of B =

45C × 109

Sale Price of C =

45 C × 109×56=Rs.27

Solving we get C=Rs.20

Thus A paid Rs.20 to buy this article.....!

Hope it helps you.....!
