Answer:

He didn't do anything wrong. He was precise in his communication. He offered advice as well as an explanation. Apart from that, Mr. Ahmed was honest in his behavior. Mr. Ahmed explains to them that the reason he is not recommending that cloud service provider once more is because of a poor experience he had with him.

Explanation:

  • No, he provided the necessary information and an explanation of the cloud services, as was stated. He shouldn't make decisions that are better for others.
  • In my view, he acted unethically by omitting a provider with whom he has a disagreement. Personal opinions or differences ought to be included in the decision-making or informational process. He shouldn't have supplied any suppliers if that were the case. In my opinion, it wasn't unlawful; it was just immoral.
  • It's possible that the person asking the question may propagate the rumor that he is lying and inaccurate. His business could be harmed or not.
  • In conclusion, you must be genuine and straightforward with your clients and respond to their inquiries honestly. Keep your personal emotions out of your professional transactions.
