Mr Ali offered to sell his farm for £1,000. Mr Zohaib agreed to buy, but at £900. A few weeks later the Zohaib accepted the offer of £1,000. Now Ali refuses to sell even at £1,000. Zohaib argued that he accepted Ali’s offer of £1,000. Explain whether the contract is formed? Find Type of Law, Neration amd Deceion

The contract is not formed. This is because Mr Ali’s initial offer and the negotiation with Zohaib didn’t work out.

While Zohaib comes back after a few weeks, the negotiation is again a fresh one. So it is Mr Ali’s decision whether to sell the farm for 1,000 pounds. This kind of decision come under the law of decision.
