In the absence of any legally binding document signed there is no legally binding agreement between Mr Anmol and Mr Kantilal.
A legally binding document is the prerequisite to a legally binding clause/agreement. The letter sent by Mr Anmol was a proposal of selling and was not a legally binding document, it was just a letter written by Mr Anmol with the intent to sell his land. Mr Kantilal expressed his desire to purchase his plot with a letter of interest but it was nowhere mentioned that the letter sent by Mr Anmol was a legally binding clause hence the offer given by Mr Anmol will get cancelled.
