Solution :-

→ Semi - perimeter of ∆ = s = (37 + 44 + 49)/2 = 130/2 = 65

So,

→ Area of ∆ = √[s * (s - a) * (s - b) * (s - c)]

putting a = 37 , b = 44 , c = 49

→ Area of ∆ = √[65 * (65 - 37) * (65 - 44) * (65 - 49)]

→ Area of ∆ = √(65 * 28 * 21 * 16)

→ Area of ∆ = √(65 * 7 * 4 * 3 * 7 * 16)

→ Area of ∆ = 7 * 8 * √(65 * 3)

→ Area of ∆ = 56√195

→ Area of ∆ ≈ 781.76 cm²

now,

→ Total cost of metal sheet = 781.76 * 600 = Rs.469056

and,

→ Total cost of metal sheet = 781.76 * 250 = Rs.195440

therefore,

→ Total cost of his nameplate = 469056 + 195440 = Rs. 664496 (Ans.)
