Mr. Davis says at location 1 the skater has maximum potential energy and at location 4 all the Potential Energy was transferred to Kinetic Energy. Is Mr. Davis correct? Write an AEI paragraph explaining where the skater has maximum PE and KE. In your response, explain how energy is being transferred.
