Mr Deb takes one round of the park every morning. If
he walks on the outer edge of the path it takes him 15
minutes. If he walks on the inner edge of the park, it
takes him 12 minutes. Why is that so?

Step-by-step explanation:

it's an obvious answer

the perimeter on the outer edge of the park will be greater than the perimeter on the inner edge of the park.

therefore, it takes more time to to walk on the outer side of the park
