→ Total number of pechay in first row = 4

→ Total number of pechay in second row = 7

→ Total number of pechay in third row = 14

So,

→ Least number of pechay seedlings mr. dela cruz have = LCM of (4, 7 and 14) .

then, checking prime factors of (4, 7, 14) :-

→ 4 = 2 × 2

→ 7 = 1 × 7

→ 14 = 2 × 7

therefore,

→ LCM = 2 × 2 × 7 = 28 .

Hence, the least number of pechay seedlings that Mr. dela Cruz can have is equal to (A) 28 .
