Cost of 20 sets of Croma = 20 * Rs 60, 000 = Rs 12, 00, 000
Let us assume that the discount given by the distributor is on the MRP.

Discount on purchase of Croma TV sets = Rs 12, 00, 000 * 25/100
                        = Rs 3, 00, 000

Cost of 20 sets of Zeta = 20 * Rs 65, 000 = Rs 13, 00, 000.
Discount on purchase of Zeta sets =  Rs 13, 00, 000 * 20/100
                       = Rs 2, 60, 000

Total cost (MRP) of Croma and Zeta sets = Rs 12, 00, 000 + Rs 13, 00, 000
                                                   = Rs 25, 00, 000.

Total discount given = Rs 3, 00, 000 + Rs 2, 60, 000 = Rs 5, 60, 000

Total amount paid to the distributor = total cost - total  discount
                  = Rs 25, 00, 000 - Rs 5, 60, 000 = Rs 19, 40, 000

i think the answer is

Total amount paid to the distributor = total cost - total  discount
                  = Rs 25, 00, 000 - Rs 5, 60, 000 = Rs 19, 40, 000
