let total proparty mr. goel . to be x
so. son =x/3
daughter =x/4
wife= 200000
a/q , x = x/3 +x/4+200000
x= 7x/12+200000
5x/12=200000
x=40000×12=480000
hence. total proparty of mr. goel is 480000

Find the fraction of the money the wife received:

Son = 1/3

Daughter = 1/4

Wife = 1 - 1/3 - 1/4 = 5/12

Find the amount of money he left:

Wife = 5/12 of his money

Wife = ₹200,000

5/12 of his money = ₹200,000

1/12 of his money = 200,000 ÷ 5 = ₹40,000

12/12 of his money = 40,000 x 12 = ₹480,000

Answer: He left behind ₹480,000
