Answer:

C.P of house = 2,50,000

money spent on repairs = 50,000

total money = 2,50,000+50,000

= 3,00,000

S.P of house = 4,00,000

profit = 4,00,000 - 3,00,000

= 1,00,000

profit% = (profit ×100/C.P)%

= (1,00,000×100/3,00,000)%

= (1,00,00,000/3,00,000)%

= (100/3)%

 = 33 \frac{1}{3}

  • 400000 - 300000
  • 100000 ÷ 400000
