Mr gupta was given a towel set.on using them, he found that they did not soak in water. What could be the reason?

the wight of the towel and as it soaks it gets more weigt so...

it is soft and absorbs water completely. On the other hand, other yarns such as nylon, rayon, polyester etc do not absorb water due to the chemical composition of the yarn
