Mr. Hari joined as a general manager in an organisation. On evaluating the activities being

performed in the organisation, he observed that people were placed at positions which did not

match their skills. He noticed disobedience of rules and regulations by the employees. There

was duplication of activities resulting in wastage of resources. The employees in the

organisation were not interested in decision making process as they felt that no recognition was

given to their suggestions. Due to these factors employees were not cooperative with each

other.
