Mr. Himanshu's income per month = Rs. 15,120

Mrs. Himanshu's income per month = Rs. 8,640

(a) Mr. Himanshu's income : Mrs. Himanshu's income = 15120 : 8640

    = 1512 : 864 = 378 : 216 = 189 : 108 = 21: 12 = 7 : 4

Answer : 7 : 4

(b) Mr. Himanshu's income : Total income of both = 15120 : ( 15120+8640) = 15120 : 23760 = 1512 : 2376 = 756 :1188 = 378 :594 = 189:297 = 21 :33 = 7 : 11

Answer : 7:11

Hope it helps!
