Mr. Khanna, the Manager of a company is always bossing people
around. He never consults his team and does not pay heed to their
problems. He just gives orders and expects his subordinates to obey them
unquestioningly. Identify and explain the leadership style being adopted

Since Mr. Khanna is always bossing people, never consults his team, doesn't pay heed to their problems, just gives orders, and expects his subordinates to obey him, the leadership style adopted by Mr. Khanna is autocratic leadership style. Under this type of leadership style, the boss has complete control over everything. Whether it is decision-making or giving orders, the subordinates must obey the boss. Though this type of leadership results in quick decision-making, the employees may get the feeling of neglect and they may not feel motivated to work.
