Cost of kid's clothes = rs 9280
Cost of mobile = rs 10455

Total cost of his shopping = rs ( 12500+9280+10455) = rs 32235

He charged GST = 7.5% on their purchases = rs 32235 + (7.5% of 32235)
= rs ( 32235 + 2417.625)
= rs 34652.625

Hence,
the total amount that Mr.Kumar has paid = rs 34652.625 ans.
