Mr Kunal purchased a Building worth ₹40 lakh out of winning amount and after 1 year sold it for ₹48 lakh. Whereas Mr. Yuvraj purchased shares of some company for ₹22 Lakh out of winning amount, which he sold for ₹24 lakh after 2 years. Who is a better investor and why?
