Answer :- Cost of pepperoni pizza = $ 4.69

Explanation:

Let cost of 1 cheese pizza be $ x

Let cost of 1 pepperoni pizza be $ y

Therefore as per 1st condition

6x + 7y = 153.50 _____(1)

As per 2nd Condition

2x + 7y = 47 _______(2)

Subtracting eqn 2 from 1 we'll get

x = $106.50

Substituting the value of x in any eqn we'll get the value of y

y = $ 4.69.

Cost of pepperoni pizza = $ 4.69
