1)according to me, Mr Oberoi wanted to fulfil his social responsibilities through his organisation which he was not able to do so since his might primarily be a profit based organisation which concentrated only on monetary objectives and not it's responsibility of working for the welfare of people.This probably made Mr.Oberoi dissatisfied with the work he is doing since it is not of much help for the overall enhancement of the society.

2) - Mr.Oberoi has proved to be generous person who is concerned of the welfare of students and hence he decides to help them with funds
-He is also holding his positive image in the organization by being a role model to other employees and shows that everyone has to help the society in some way or another
