Mr pal had wiped his car dry in the evening, but the next day, he saw that his car was wet again even though it had not rained at night. Why?

Because the dew or water vapour. Present in atmosphere has settled on his car.

Answer 2

It happened because of fall of dew drops.
It happens eventually in winter seasons.....the dewdrops fall at night.

And In morning....everything looks swayed by water.....Or wet..
