Breadth = 10 cm

Area of one tile = l × b

=> 20 × 10 = 200 cm²

Area of the plot = Area of two rectangles

=> ( 400 × 200 ) + ( 200 × 600 )

=> 800 + 1200

=> 2000 cm²

Note : The dimensions of plot were in metre so we have multiplied them with 100 to convert into cm

Number of tiles required = Area of plot / Area of one tile

=> 2000/200 = 10 tiles
