Cost of 1 bag of sugar = 34400/10=Rs3440

Total Cp = 34400+600= Rs35000

Gain = 20%

Sp= 20%of 35000

20/100×35000=Rs7000

so,sp of 1 bag of sugar is Rs7000

so so of 10 bags of sugar Is Rs70000
