Mr. Rao is a HR in a company on 26th January he issued a notice stating that
there is an hike of 5 percent in their salary the employees received a second
notice on 30th January stating that hike is cancelled so the employees started
to address him has Tughlaq . What was the reason to refer Mr. Rao has
Tughlaq? Mention the policies of Muhammad –bin –Tughlaq.
