Explanation:

We know that

Speed = Distance× time

i.e Distance = Speed/time

Now,

(i) Speed = 45km/h

Time = 1h

So,

Distance = 45km/h × 1h

= 45km

(ii) Speed = 45km/h

Time = 1min

So,

Distance = 45km/h × 1min

= 45km/60min × 1min [1h = 60min]

= 45km/60

= 0.75km

(iii) Speed = 45km/h

Time = 1sec

So,

Distance = 45km/h × 1sec

= 45km/3600sec × 1s [1h = 3600sec]

= 0.0125km

Explanation:

(1). S = 45km/he and t= 1hr

D = s t

d = 45*1

d = 46km

(2). t = 1min = 60 sec

s = 45*1000/60*60

s = 225/18

D = s t

d = 225/18*60

d = 75*10 = 750m

(3). t =1sec

s = 225/18

D = 225/18*1

d = 225/18 = 12.5m
