Please refer to our order dated 22nd July in which your firm was requested to supply 100 measuring test tubes and 50 jars of glass to our school. We have received the supply on due date but to our utmost dismay , many items are not up to the required standard. More than 20 measuring test tubes did not show clear markings. Edge of 10 jars are broken and will not of any use in the school laboratory.
As the classes have already started and we want our laboratory well-equipped, kindly replace these item as soon as possible as per our requirement. I hope you will do replace at the earliest.
