☆subtract the cp(cost price) from sp(sold price)
for the second part of this question:

Btw the same formula is used in both
And if you don't know:
Cost price here is = Rs 9.61,580
And sold price in the first part is Rs 10,96,158
and in the second part = Rs 16,90,850
