Mr Sharma has an orchard of length and breadth 280 M and 200 m respectively he wants to fence it with 4 rounds of barded wire. find the cost of fencing at rupees 35 per meter

fencing means perimeter.
perimeter of rectangle =2*l+b
perimeter =2*280+200
perimeter =2*480
perimeter =960m2
cost of fencing =960*35
cost of fencing =33600

Perimeter of rectangular orchard
2(l+b)
He had to fence it four times
Therefore perimeter of rectangular orchard
=4×2(l+b)
=>4×2(280+200)
=3840m
Now,
cost of fencing 1m=Rs 35
Therefore,
cost of fencing 3840m=3840×35
=134400Rs.
