Let Mr Khan's income be x.

Therefore Mr Sharma's income is x - (\frac{x}{100}\cdot20)

= \frac{4x}{5}

Thus now if we want to compare Mr Khan's income w.r.t Mr Sharma, we need to take Mr Sharma's income as 100% and thus evaluate for x.

\frac{4x}{5} = 100\%

x = \frac{100\cdot5}{4}\%

x = 125\%

Thus now looking at the percentage we can say: Mr Khan's income is 25% more than Mr Sharma's income
