Let,
the Mr.sharma's age = x
Mr.Sharma son's = y
according to the question,
x = 2y
(x+4) =4( y-9)
(x + 4) = 4y - 36
2y + 4 = 4y - 36
36+4 = 4y -2y
40 = 2y
y = 20
therefore, son's age = 20
father's age = 2(20) = 40
