total property
x/2+x/3+45000=x
$3x + 2x \div 6 + 45000 = x \\ 5x \div 6 + 45000 = x \\ 5 x + 6(45000) \div 6 = x \\ 5x + 270000 \div 6 = x \\ 5x + 270000 = 6x \\ 5x - 6x = - 270000 \\ - x = - 270000 \\ x = 270000$
the total charity is 270000
