Step-by-step explanation:

Let the small bags be x and the large bags be (15 -x)

3(x) + 5.25(15-x) = 63

3x + 78.75 - 5.25x = 63

3x -5.25x = 63 -78.75

-2.25x = -15.75

x = -15.75/-2.25

x = 7

Hence , Small Bags are 7 and Large Bags are 8
