Note :- In a negative Sentence only one negative is used. Two negatives make an affirmative.

For Example :- " He was Unable to make up his mind" is a Negative Sentence.
But if we use " not " , it becomes affirmative ; as,

•He was unable to make up his mind = He was not able to make up his mind
•He was not unable to make up his mind = He was able to make up his mind
