The salesperson would receive Rs 9506.25

It is given that, Mr Singh sells his house for Rs 5,85,000.

Out of this selling price, the total commission is 6.5%.

So, commission amount = 6.5% of the Selling Price

= 6.5% of Rs 585000

= Rs (6.5/100)*585000

= Rs 38025

This is the commission value.

Given that broker receives 3/4th of the commission and the rest is received by salesperson.

So, salesperson would receive 1-(3/4)th of the commission.

= 1/4th of Rs 38025

= Rs 9506.25
