Mr. Singh buys a property every year for 12 years. Every year he buys
X cers more than the previous year. If in the 8th year he bought 45 acers of
land and in the 5th year he bought 30 acers of the land, how many acers
did he buy in the last year? pls fast

and 5th year. n+4x=30

solving we get n= 10 and x=5
