We just have to arrange the children according to their birth year as per the given info.

In statement b we are given that

Ravi>Amit, Vikas

and in statement f we are given that

Amit>Vikas, Varun

so from these two statements we get

Ravi>Amit>Vikas, Varun

Pankaj is elder to Varun and he is born in either 2002 or 2003 so he is not the oldest

Parteek is older then Amit so we get the so far order as

Parteek, Ravi>Amit>Vikas, Varun

As Pankaj has to take the second or third place in the order and he is also older than Varun so Amit should take the fourth position so we get

Parteek, Ravi, Pankaj>Amit>Vikas, Varun

Now Parteek is 2 years older then Amit so Parteek should cover the second position as Amit is on 4th which makes the Ravi as eldest

Ravi> Parteek>Pankaj>Amit>Vikas, Varun
