manufacturing firms. They follow different strategies to manage production. Subhash is

able to achieve the target production of 5000 Units within the prescribed period. However

to achieve the target on time, additional 40000 paid as overtime wages to employees,

Chander’s main consideration is cost cutting. Subhash Concentrates more on producing

goods with fewer resources. He is unable to achieve target production. Boss uses

minimum resources to achieve target production and is also able to produce goods at lower

cost. In the above case two important aspects of Management have been highlighted which

were like two sides of same coin identify those two aspects.​
