Answer: area of a rectangle floor in m is 5m × 7m =35 sq m

Convert to cm to get the number of tiles required = 35×100 = 3500

Tiles required = 3500÷20= 175cm

Area of the floor=35 sq m

No of tiles required for the floor = 175÷35=5

Area of the rectangle floor = l×b = 175×5 = 875 answer.
