Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Length = 280 m

Breadth = 200 m

So, Perimeter = 2(280+200)

                       = 2 x 480

                       = 960 m^{2}

Rate / m^{2} = Rs 35

So, Cost for 4 Rounds of Fencing =  960 x 4 x 35

                                                        = Rs 134400

as the perimeter will be
2(l + b)
therefore
2(280+200)
2(480)
960cm.........

now 4 round of barbed wire
960×4 = 3840 m wire is required

now cost is 35 rs per m sq.

3840×35
=134400 rs
is the answer

hope you understand...........
