let, x = vikas' age; y = son's age

first condition,
x = 21 + y
y = x - 21 (i)

second condition,
x+10 = 2(y+10)
x+10 = 2y + 20
x = 2y - 10
x = 2(x-21) - 10
x = 2x - 42 - 10
x-2x = -52
-x = -52
x = 52

so, y = 52 - 21
y = 31

$Vikas' age is 52 & his son's age is 31$
