Divisible by 6:
6,12,18,24,30,36,42,48,54,60 = 10 numbers

6 is one of the digit:
6,16,26,36,46,56,60 = 7 numbers

sum is six
60, 15,51,24,42,33,06 = 7 numbers

total = 24-2(6 is included 3 times) - 2(60 is 3 times) -1(24 is 2 times) -1(36 s 2 times) -1(42 is two times)
